Estimates are provided based on the information you share about your space, condition, and requested services. Final pricing may change if the actual scope differs from what was described, if additional areas or deep-cleaning needs are discovered, or if special conditions require extra time or materials. We will communicate material changes before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Appointment times are confirmed subject to availability. Arrival windows may vary due to traffic, prior jobs, weather, or access delays. Please ensure we can enter the property at the scheduled time and that pets, alarms, parking, and access instructions are clearly communicated in advance.

We understand plans change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee to cover travel and reserved crew time. Recurring clients should review any schedule changes with us promptly so we can keep continuity of service.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking. Unpaid balances may accrue late fees and may result in suspension of future service until resolved.

We take care to treat your property with respect and professionalism.Perfectly Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, fragile items not secured or disclosed, or loss related to unlocked doors, unattended valuables, or conditions outside our reasonable control. Any claim related to damage allegedly caused during service should be reported promptly with supporting details so we can review it in good faith.

Your peace of mind matters. If something does not meet the agreed standard, contact us within a reasonable time after service and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a complimentary revisit of the affected areas at our discretion.

Our team provides cleaning services within a defined scope. We may decline or stop work that presents unsafe conditions, involves hazardous materials, requires specialized restoration beyond standard cleaning, or conflicts with our eco-friendly product standards. Move-in / move-out, post-construction, and commercial jobs may require specific preparation or access arrangements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York.
